Each insurance company has different criteria for approving and covering each service. Typically, coverage of services will depend on benefits outlined in the person’s individual insurance plan, and some coverage may be subject to deductible. If you have questions about service coverage, you can contact us with these questions or contact your insurance company directly to find out your eligibility for service.
